If included in the Rental Mandate, The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Guys will clean the property as soon as the previous tenant has moved out.

If included in the Rental Mandate, The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Guys will advertise for a tenant, credit check them, and obtain references.

If included in the Rental Mandate, The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Guys will get the new tenant to sign the offer to rent and, once approved by the owner, will have the tenant pay the deposit.

If included in the Rental Mandate, The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Guys will inspect the property with the new tenant and create a snag list of anything needing to be repaired, which will then be signed off by the new tenant.

If included in the Rental Mandate, The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Guys will conduct ongoing maintenance on the property, as and when requested by both the tenant and the landlord.


If included in the Rental Mandate, The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Guys will conduct quarterly inspections of the rental property, reporting back to the landlord on the condition, along with anything needing attention.
