• Clean gutters (per 5m length)

• Change/replace external light bulbs

• Fix loose paving stones or bricks (minor)

FRONT DOOR/ENTRYWAY

• Adjust front door hinges or locks (non-security)

ROOMS (General Living Areas, Bedrooms)

• Hang pictures, mirrors, whiteboards, clocks

• Install curtain rails/blinds
• Patch nail holes, dents or small cracks in walls
• Install or move shelving (pre-bought)
• Reattach loose cupboard doors, drawer handles
• Replace light switch or plug covers (non-electrical)

• Reposition rugs or carpets using grip tape

KITCHEN

• Fix kitchen cupboard doors or hinges
• Replace drawer runners or knobs
• Install towel rails, hooks, magnetic strips
• Seal/reseal silicone around sink or tiles
• Install shelf organisers or hanging racks
• Minor tile replacements (single/few tiles)
• Fit a new tap aerator
• Replace old cupboard bumpers

BATHROOMS

• Replace or re-seat toilet seat
• Reseal shower/tub area with silicone
• Install towel rails, robe hooks, toilet roll holders
• Replace showerhead or taps (no plumbing reconnection)
• Clean or descale shower doors
• Hang bathroom mirrors or small cabinets
• Refix or replace shower curtain rods

GARAGE/UTILITY AREA

• Mount tool racks or pegboards
• Fit storage shelving or cabinets
• Adjust loose hinges or cupboard doors
• Replace old seals on washing machine hose
• Secure loose plugs, extensions, etc. (non-electrical)
• Install wall-mounted bike racks or hooks

MISCELLANEOUS (Any Area)

• Replace door handles or internal locks (non-security)
• Test and replace batteries in smoke alarms
• Refill fire extinguishers (only if pre-arranged)
• Apply insect mesh to vents or windows
• Lubricate squeaky doors or sliding windows
• Assemble baby gates, pet doors, or baby-proof items
